Johannes is a documentary, architectural and travel photographer from Austria. He studied Art History in Graz and Kiel, as well as Photography at Blake College in London.
He is also a well accomplished author and researcher. His Master thesis explored the question how Magnum photographers are working with colour. It is available upon request.
During his studies and in London and also in Vienna he published also regularly exhibition reviews and wrote about recent events in the art world. These can be found here:
Johannes published his photographs in several journalistic and scientific magazines, websites and books. He photographed congresses, events and carried out private commissions. For more than three years he documented children with eating disorders at the children's psychosomatic ward of the university hospital in Graz.
